SHIPPING:
Most orders are shipped from the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days from invoice date. Custom products and special orders require additional time for delivery and are not returnable.
Some shipping quotes are not accurate and will be recalculated manually. This usually pertains to orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous States.
We ship using UPS, FEDEX, and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States. All shipping charges are based on total weight of your order.
Delivery
Orders are usually shipped 1 to 2 days from date of placement. We do our best to get your order to you as quick as possible. Please verify that all your shipping address info is correct before you submit your order.

4x4 Unlimited guarantees the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt.(electrical items excluded) Please review all info pertaining to product installation and warranty provided by manufacturer.
Return Policy
We accept returns on products that are not opened used or installed. If you need to return a product for any reason please contact us to request a RGA number. No product will be accepted for return without one. The RGA number must be present on returned item along with copy of original receipt. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking/handling fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. No item will be accepted for return if sent COD to us. No items will be accepted for return after 30 days. Refund will usually be posted back to your credit cards 2 to 4 weeks after item has been received and inspected by 4x4 Unlimited.
open boxes, damaged shipment, mis-boxed, mislabeled,damaged parts, defective products, misshipped products are ONLY eligible for exchange of product. There will be no refund or credit issued for these of above items, only replacement.
Canceled or Refused Orders
Any order canceled are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Any order refused upon delivery time will be subject to a 35% restocking fee and the cost of shipping the product to and from customer.
